Absolutely.  The connection between your computer and our technician is completely under your control.  It's encrypted and hidden from any other prying eyes.

• The support session is temporary and only lasts for as long as you need it.
• You have full control over both starting and ending the support session.
• Once your issue is resolved and you choose to terminate the support session, our technician no longer has any access or control of your computer.
• Any subsequent remote support session cannot be started without your request or authorisation.
